Speaking recently in a Twitter Space with Album Talks, Lojay shared how their collaboration came to be, saying:
“Fireboy is a very interesting individual. We just clicked from the first moment we locked in. It was Olamide who suggested it… That first day, we probably made about four to five songs, and you could instantly tell there was chemistry. We had so many songs together that we just knew we had to put all this music together and give it to the world.”
With two of the most gifted songwriters and vocalists in the Afrobeats scene joining forces, this project is shaping up to be era-defining.
