Nigerian global superstar Burna Boy continues to strengthen his position as one of Africa’s biggest music exports, now reaching a record Spotify Monthly Listener Count.
The Grammy-winning artist has now surpassed 35 million monthly listeners on Spotify for the first time in his career, reaching an impressive 35.4 million listeners on the platform.
The achievement makes Burna Boy the Nigerian artist with the second-highest monthly listener count on Spotify, behind only Tems (41.3M).
The milestone is only going to get larger due to recent international features and releases.
