Wizkid has reached another major career milestone as his globally celebrated album “Made in Lagos” (Deluxe) officially surpasses 1.2 billion streams on Spotify.
The achievement makes the project the 6th most streamed Nigerian album of all time on the platform.
Released in 2020, the album became a defining body of work for Afrobeats, powered by standout records including Essence, which earned worldwide acclaim and helped introduce the genre to wider international audiences.
Over the years, “Made in Lagos” has maintained strong streaming numbers and cultural relevance, praised for its smooth production, timeless sound, and replay value.
