Tiwa Savage has shared her new single, “Lost Time,” the debut single from Tiwa Savage’s upcoming album, “Water & Garri – The Soundtrack,” alongside the premiere of the feature film “Water & Garri” by Everything Savage and Unbound Studios.
Scheduled for release on May 10, 2024, on Prime Video, the film will be accompanied by the full soundtrack, distributed by EMPIRE.
Produced by Khari ‘Needlz’ Cain and Poo Bear, “Lost Time” is a soulful, guitar-driven track that reflects Savage’s longing for a past love and happier moments.
The immersive upcoming soundtrack features ten original songs, with collaborations from artists spanning Afropop, R&B, and Hip Hop genres. Grammy-nominated stars such as Olamide and Ayra Starr, alongside Nigerian singer-songwriter ASA, Cameroonian multi-instrumentalist Richard Bona, gospel artist Zacardi Cortez, and emerging talents Black Sherif, Young Jonn, Mystro Sugar, and The Cavemen, contribute to the album.
