Spotify and FC Barcelona have unveiled a new original video series titled “Pre-Game Mixtape,” filmed inside the locker room at Spotify Camp Nou.
The project brings together FC Barcelona players and their favourite artists to co-create collaborative playlists inspired by the music that defines their biggest career moments.
Each episode features an unscripted conversation where a player and a musician exchange stories and build a shared warm-up playlist.
The series blends football and music culture, offering rare behind-the-scenes access to the personal sounds that fuel performance, from matchday entrances to stage performances.
The third episode pairs FC Barcelona defender Balde with global rapper Zlatan, highlighting two influential figures from sport and music. Viewers will gain insight into Balde’s pre-game listening routine and the deeper connections between both worlds.
The episode premieres today at 7 PM CEST / 1 PM ET/ 6 PM WAT exclusively on Spotify.
