Nigerian singer-songwriters Rhaffy and Dwin, The Stoic have officially released their joint album, “R&D”, bringing their creative chemistry to a full-length collaborative project.
The album features an eclectic lineup of collaborators, including Celeste Ojatula, Wizard Chan, Praiz, Sheheryar Rehan, Eva Alordiah, Njoki Kanu, Elestee, Dotti and The Deity, creating room for diverse voices and musical perspectives across the project.
The release builds on the pair’s established creative relationship, which previously produced “Love Lane”, their 2023 collaborative EP that explored love, longing and emotional vulnerability through a blend of R&B, folk, pop and electronic influences.
With “R&D”, the duo expands that shared artistic vision, bringing together a wider circle of collaborators while maintaining a focus on thoughtful songwriting and emotionally resonant music.
The project also reflects the broader creative community surrounding Dwin, The Stoic and Rhaffy, whose recent collaborations have continued to connect artists across different sounds and backgrounds.
