Named after Rexxie’s Igbo name meaning “God is with me,” the track fuses traditional oja flute melodies with Jeriq’s dynamic trap and sung flows, delivering a powerful cultural statement.
Celebrated for hits like “Abracadabra” and his genre-defining albums, A True Champion and Big Time, Rexxie continues to push boundaries, evolving into a DJ and music exec.
After hosting the sold-out Big Vybz Party in Lagos, he teams up with Jeriq, one of Eastern Nigeria’s rising stars, for this introspective jam that reflects his roots and sets the tone for his upcoming third album, slated for release later in 2025.
