From the bedrock of some of Nigeria’s biggest legends, Port Harcourt, 9t9 shares roots with people like Burna Boy and Omah Lay. The prodigy has just begun his tape rollout with a new single.
9t9 (real name Divine Odiegba) the singer/songwriter began his career as a rapper, but he has since developed a more versatile artistry that allows him to seamlessly blend R&B, hip hop, and Afropop. His music is a fusion of these genres, and he is able to express a wide range of emotions through his lyrics and vocals.
With two projects already out, he is starting a new body of work rollout with “Circles”. The project will feature his perfectly fused, all-rounded artistry, as previewed on “Circles”.
The EP, titled “LOSE CTRL”, is scheduled to drop in September, giving fans enough time to soak in the preview and prepare for the feast.
