It’s the dawn of a new week and tradition demands that we update you on how numerous albums fared across various charts and DSP’s in the past week. From the Billboard charts to the UK charts and the various streaming platforms.

Billboard World Albums Chart

Tyla’s “Tyla” is at #5 in its 53rd week, Rema’s “Rave & Roses” at #11 in its 129th week and Tems’ “Born In The Wild” rounds up the top 15.

Wizkid’s “Made In Lagos” is at #20 in its 148th week, Ayra Starr’s “The Year I Turned 21” is at #21 in its 34th week and Wizkid’s “Morayo” is at #24 in its 18th week.

NG Apple

ODUMODUBLVCK’S “THE MACHINE IS COMING” debuted at #1 on the NG Apple music albums chart, becoming the first 2025 album by an hip-hop artist to do so. Since then, T.I Blaze’s “Shakur 2.0” and Black Sherif’s “Iron Boy” have peaked in the top 3.

Spotify NG

ODUMODUBLVCK’S “THE MACHINE IS COMING” debuted at #1 on the Spotify NG weekly albums chart, with the 2nd biggest opening day streams of 2025, behind only Seyi Vibez’s “Children Of Africa.” Ruger’s “Blown Boy Ru” and Joeboy’s “Viva La Vida” debuted at #3 and #4 respectively.

Audiomack

T.I Blaze’s “Shakur 2.0” is at #1 on the Audiomack albums chart, with Seyi Vibez “Children of Africa” at #2 and DJ 4kerty and TML Vibez, “Pawon Boys, Vol. 2” is at #3.

Boomplay

Kummie’s “Before We Becams Strangers” is at #1, with “Children Of Africa” and “HEIS” trailing at #2 and #3 respectively.
