Weekly Albums Chart Round-Up: Asake, Phyno & more

Week Of October 20th – October 26th

It’s the dawn of a new week and tradition demands that we update you on how numerous albums fared across various charts and DSP’s in the past week. From the Billboard charts to the UK charts and the various streaming platforms.

Billboard World Albums Chart

Tems’ “Born In The Wild” is at #10 in its 19th week, after going down a spot from the previous week. Rema’s “Rave & Roses” is also down a spot to #12 in its 114th week on the chart. Ayra Starr’s “TYIT21” and Asake’s “Lungu Boy” are at #14 and #15 respectively, after spending 20 weeks and 10 weeks on the chart.

NG Apple

Asake’s “Lungu Boy” has now spent 10 weeks at the top of the NG Apple music albums chart. It’s the third longest running #1 album in NG Apple history, only behind Omah Lay’s “Get Layd” (11 weeks) and Wizkid’s “MIL” (17 weeks.)

Spotify NG

Asake’s “Lungu Boy” has now spent 11 weeks at the top of the Spotify NG weekly albums chart.

Audiomack

Asake’s “Lungu Boy” remains at #1 on Audiomack, this week.

Boomplay

Phyno’s “Full Time Job” remains at #1 on the Boomplay albums chart, with Rema’s “HEIS” and Asake’s “Lungu Boy” trailing behind at #2 ans #3 respectively.
