On September 28, 2023, Nigerian music producer Chukwudi “Juice.” Charles proved he possesses all of the above.

Teaming up with Hitsound (Joshua Abba Jeremiah), Juice embarked on an ambitious mission: to break the Guinness World Record for the longest music recording marathon featuring multiple artists. But it wasn’t just about setting a record—it was about redefining what Nigerian producers are capable of and igniting a new wave of limitless ambition.

The target? A staggering 72 hours of nonstop recording—nearly double the existing record of 40 hours and 19 minutes set by Hawwal Emmanuel Ogungbadero. As Assistant Executive Producer, Juice. wasn’t merely in the background; he was fully immersed in every part of the effort. From managing logistics and curating sounds to working hands-on with artists and pushing creative limits, his presence was felt throughout the marathon.
This was more than just a test of endurance—it was a showcase of artistic brilliance.

The challenge demanded immense physical and emotional resilience. Far beyond a few sleepless nights in the studio, it involved months of preparation, rehearsals, and envisioning success. Juice. was a driving force throughout, keeping the momentum alive during the intense three-day stretch.

Though the record attempt was ultimately disqualified due to guideline violations, the accomplishment remains deeply meaningful. Juice. helped create something far greater than just numbers—he demonstrated what it means to reach for greatness, without waiting for permission or being bound by limitations.
Known for his sharp ear, genre-fluid style, and creative instinct, Juice. revealed another side of himself during this attempt—a producer ready to uplift the industry, take bold risks, and defy the status quo.

Even with the disqualification, the impact was unmistakable: Nigerian producers have the talent, perseverance, and vision to compete on a global stage. And as for Juice.? He’s only getting started.

With every beat, every vocal, and every hour logged in the studio, he sent a powerful message to producers everywhere: greatness isn’t handed out—it’s earned through grit, ambition, and the courage to try.
Juice. is building his legacy—one bold move at a time.
