Ghanaian Afropop star King Promise taps Young Jonn on “Terminator” Remix

The laidback life of Ghana’s party, King Promise, returns to link up with Nigerian singer and hit producer Young Jonn for the ‘Terminator Remix’ via 5K Records.

Following the release of the original single last month that’s been flying all over the world with over 20 MILLION streams to date and an impressive hattrick of Top 5 Shazam in Ghana, Top 10 in Nigeria and Top 100 (#76) worldwide. This latest summer slow jam lush is given a fresh twist with the instantly recognizable and clever wordplay from Nigerian pop act and producer Young Jonn.

Speaking on the record, King Promise said: “This song is the story of my life. It talks about how I’ve survived and how I’ve thrived. This song is special to me“.

“Terminator” comes as a follow up to his 2022 album “5 Star” which was released to widespread acclaim. Since the album’s release, ‘5 Star’ has garnered over 36M streams across Spotify and Apple Music alone and seen King Promise embark on his world tour in the US with some great guest appearances.
