Gaise Baba has released his highly anticipated 13-track album, “God Is Cooking,” a project that brings together faith, Nigerian musical heritage, and contemporary African sounds.

The Afrogospel artist uses the album to celebrate the sounds and cultural influences that shaped Nigerian music while presenting them through his own modern perspective.
The project draws inspiration from legendary figures including Dagrin and JJ Ransome-Kuti, creating a connection between generations of Nigerian music.
“God Is Cooking” also pushes beyond traditional Afrogospel, incorporating Afro-house, hip-hop influences, and contemporary African rhythms.
Collaborations with artists including Greatman Takit, Lawrence Oyor, Nontokozo Mkhize, Cofi Boham, and Kaestrings add further depth to the project.
With faith, culture, identity, and musical heritage at its core, “God Is Cooking” positions Gaise Baba as an artist helping to shape the evolving sound of Afrogospel.
