Colombian singer and songwriter Feid, is set to leave a vibrant mark in Lagos, Nigeria, with a mural activation to celebrate his latest single, “Bubalu,” featuring Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Rema.
Feid, known for his collaborations with global music icons like J Balvin, Sebastián Yatra, Manuel Turizo, Maluma, and Karol G, has teamed up with Rema, the rising Nigerian artist signed to Jonzing World and Mavin Records. The mural activation represents a visual celebration of cultural exchange and unity, embodying the essence of their musical collaboration.
Their collaboration is showcased in the Afro-infused single “Bubalu,” a captivating love song that transcends borders. This track is part of Feid’s upcoming album, Mor, No Le Temas A La Oscuridad, which combines Feid’s nostalgic reggaeton with Rema’s unique Afrobeats style. Notably, Rema adds a unique touch by singing in Spanish for the first time, bringing a special dynamic to the dreamy duet.
The album features collaborations with Ryan Castro, Ñengo Flow, Cupido, and emerging Chilean artists Young Cister and Pailita, promising a diverse musical journey. “Bubalu” not only marks Feid’s first collaboration with Rema but also signifies their joint commitment to pushing musical boundaries and fostering international artistic connections.
