Burna Boy has secured another Billboard Hot 100 entry as his collaboration with Shakira, “Dai Dai,” debuts at No. 75 on this week’s chart.
The achievement gives the Nigerian superstar his 9th career Hot 100 entry, extending his record as the African artist with the most appearances on the prestigious chart.
Since first breaking onto the Hot 100, Burna Boy has continued to build one of the strongest charting resumes ever recorded by an African act.
With the debut of “Dai Dai,” Burna Boy also becomes the first and only African artist to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 in six consecutive years, charting every year from 2021 through 2026.
His entries now span multiple major collaborations and solo records, including Last Last (#44), Just Like Me (#67), Dai Dai (#75), Only You (#78), Sittin On Top of The World (#80), Loved By You (#87), We Pray (#87), WGFT (#94), and Talibans II (#99), each marking a debut position that reflects his consistent global reach.
