2 years after his fantastic EP runs, the PH-bred AfroPop star is here with his maiden studio album

BOY ALONE official cover art.

Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay has, on Friday, 15th of July, released his very first full project titled BOY ALONE under record label KeyQaad.

To the average Nigerian music listener, it is impossible to forget the Pop star’s 2020 burst into the limelight where he debuted with two of the biggest Nigerian extended plays of all time; Get Layd and What Have We Done.

The former in particular held the nation down in uncertain times during the COVID period with HIT jams such as Bad Influence, Damn and You having everybody in a chokehold.

BOY ALONE — the 14-track album which includes 11 entirely new tracks and 3 pre-released lead singles (Understand, Attention and Woman) is a nosedive into Omah Lay’s current state of mind and his insecurities on the frontlines of his entrapping lyrics. On the album he said: “I’m thankful for your patience as I worked to make this album a reflection of my Artistry, struggles, blessings & my journey so far

BOY ALONE is out on all platforms. Go Listen.
