BM Casso and Ric Hassani’s “Sade” is a love-centered ode

BM Casso, the highly rated, talented and versatile artist has been suggested in many circles as one of the artistes to emerge into public appeal this year. It is not so far-fetched to see why so many tip him for success this year; the ability he has is in sync with his hunger to progress career wise.

In his first release of the year, which also coincides with the beginning of the roll-out to his new album which is expected to arrive later this year, BM Casso enlists talented R&B singer Ric Hassani on his latest single titled “Sade“. The single which comes after a long time since the artist has teased it all over his social media since the early periods of the year.

This is one of the collaborations where the directions have been fully defined before recording. Both artists surely would have had a predetermined idea on how it would sound. Since, it is a familiar surroundings for both artists, the result was always expected to be mind-blowing and honestly, it is nothing less.

‘Sade‘ is a love-centred ode. On this smooth Afro-R&B fusion, BM Casso and Ric Hassani maximizes their alluring vocals in professing their love expressions to the themed woman, Sade. “ I want you, I need you, without you I’m losing, as though something is missing” highlights much of their desperation to have the woman with them.

This is a laid back tune suitable for lovers time together. The deliveries are so sublime and the feature of Ric Hassani gives the song a much needed vocal texture switch. BM Casso held his own down strongly with an energetic yet splendid performance. The production was subtle as well and tailored accurately to theme of the song. A win and flawless offering from the artists.
