Asake’s “Lungu Boy” Debuts On the Billboard 200, Breaks NG Record

Asake continues his streak of achievements as his newly released album breaks yet another record.

“Lungu Boy” has just debuted on the Billboard 200 charts, and it comes with a distinction that only he holds.

The album entered the charts at #115, making Asake the first Nigerian artist to chart in the U.S. with his first three albums.

In 2022, “Mr. Money with the Vibe” debuted at #66, followed by “Work of Art” in 2023, which also debuted at #66. Now, “Lungu Boy” has joined the list, solidifying Asake’s record-setting run.
