Adekunle Gold has been announced as a headliner for the EFG London Jazz Festival, where he is set to deliver a special performance at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
The Nigerian star is scheduled to perform on November 23, with the performance featuring the Guildhall Session Orchestra. He is set to become the first Nigerian and second African artist to headline an orchestra performance at the festival.
Known for blending Afrobeats with highlife, Fuji and other musical influences, Adekunle Gold will bring his distinctive sound to one of London’s most established jazz events.
The performance represents another major international milestone for the singer, following his appearances at renowned global festivals, including Denmark’s Roskilde Festival.
