Weekly Albums Chart Round-Up: Shallipopi reigns supreme again

Week Of November 20th – 26th

It’s the dawn of a new week and tradition demands that we update you on how numerous albums fared across various charts and DSP’s in the past week. From the Billboard charts to the UK charts and the various streaming platforms.

Billboard World Albums Chart

Burna Boy’s I Told Them has dropped 3 spots down to #8 this week, and it has now spent 12 weeks on the chart. Rema’s Rave & Roses also dropped 3 spots down to #7 in its 68th week. Burna Boy’s Love, Damini also dropped 2 spots down to #15 in its 59th week of being on the chart.

NG Apple Music

Shallipopi’s Presido La Pluto has now completed another week at the top of the NG Apple music album chart. Balloranking’s Ghetto Vibrations which momentarily peaked at #1 is now #2, Rema’s RAVAGE EP is #3, whilst ODUMODUBLVCK’S EZIOKWU and Bnxn’s Sincerely, Benson is #4 and #5 respectively.

Spotify NG

Shallipopi’s Presido La Pluto has now spent a second consecutive week at #1 on NG Spotify, keeping ODUMODUBLVCK’S EZIOKWU at #2 and Asake’s Work Of Art at #3. In other news, Teni’s TEARS OF THE SUN debuted at #13 on the NG Spotify weekly albums chart. It was the highest new entry.

Audiomack

Shallipopi reigns supreme on Audiomack also, and Presido La Pluto spends a second week atop the album chart. Mohbad’s Blessed and Kizz Daniel’s Maverick follow at #2 and #3 respectively.

Boomplay

Shallipopi’s dominance extends far and wide, to Boomplay also. Presido La Pluto is still the top album for a second week running, whilst Davido’s Timeless and ODUMODUBLVCK’S EZIOKWU remain at #2 and #3 respectively. Blaqbonez’s Emeka Must Shine and Kizz Daniel’s Maverick round up the top 5.

Official UK Charts

Burna’s I Told Them has dropped 7 spots down to #94, this week. It peaked at #1 and has now spent 13 weeks on the chart.
