It’s the dawn of a new week and tradition demands that we update you on how numerous albums fared across various charts and DSP’s in the past week. From the Billboard charts to the UK charts and the various streaming platforms.

Billboard World Albums Chart

Tems “Born In The Wild” fell a spot down to #11 in its 21st week on the chart. Rema’s “Rave & Roses” extends its record breaking run on the chart to 116 weeks, holding it down at #13. Just a spot below at #13 is Ayra’s “TYIT21” in its 22nd week on the chart.

NG Apple

Asake’s “Lungu Boy” has equalled Omah Lay’s “Get Layd” record, as the second longest charting #1 project on the NG Apple music albums chart with 11 weeks. Wizkid’s “Made In Lagos” holds the all-time record at 17 weeks.

Spotify NG

Asake’s “Lungu Boy” has now spent 13 weeks on top of the Spotify NG weekly albums chart, which is the most by any album released this year.

Audiomack

Asake’s “Lungu Boy” remains at #1 on the Audiomack albums chart, woth Ayo Maff’s “Maffian” and Seyi Vibez’s “Loseyi Professor” trailing behind at #2 and #3 respectively.

Boomplay

Rema’s “HEIS” remains at #1 on the Boomplay weekly albums chart, with Asake’s “Lungu Boy” and Young Jonn’s “Jiggy Forever” at #2 and #3 respectively.
