Twitter’s best reactions to Falz’ new album, ‘BAHD’

On Friday, the 9th of June, Nigerian singer and rapper (songwriter, activist, actor, lawyer, etc.), Falz released his fifth studio album titled “B A H D” across digital platforms.

It was the rapper’s first project since his Headies‘ Album of the Year winner, Moral Instruction, which came all the way back in 2019. The 12-track album features BNXN fka Buju, Tiwa Savage, Chike, The Cavemen, Timaya, Boy Spyce, and L.A.X.

The release of BAHD was met with enough listening ears as it peaked atop the Nigerian Apple Albums chart and was also top 3 debuts on the NG Spotify albums chart as well.

BAHD is different. It featured a different side to Falz that we might have not seen much in the past and this sparked conversations. Prior to its release, the singer/rapper already came out to notify his fans and faithful that it was a different album. He was quoted on Twitter saying:

This one really pushed me. This one really tested me. But it’s crazy β€˜cos this one may be my best till date! It’s entirely different from what you might expect from me, however, I had so much fun entering into new waters.
