Timi Dakolo Announces New Album, “The Choir Leader”

Nigerian music veteran Timi Dakolo, who has been a stalwart in the industry for almost two decades, recently made a thrilling announcement—his forthcoming album, “The Choir Leader.”

Timi Dakolo, known for his numerous hits following his victory in the 2007 Idol West Africa competition, took to Twitter to share the exciting news, igniting anticipation among his fans.

This upcoming album marks a significant milestone as it will be Timi Dakolo’s third and the first since 2019. Titled “The Choir Leader,” the album promises to be a musical journey filled with emotive melodies and soulful expressions.

Adding to the allure of “The Choir Leader” are several nostalgic pre-released singles that have already captured the hearts of listeners. Among them are the timeless classics “Iyawo Mi” (2014), “The Vow” (2016), and the more recent “Everything” (2021).

Moreover, “The Choir Master” boasts an impressive lineup of featured artists, including Patoranking, Cohbams, Falz, Phyno, and Black Geez.

The collaborative efforts of these renowned artists are sure to enhance the depth and diversity of the album, offering fans a multifaceted listening experience. The album is scheduled for 26th, January 2024.
