In this elite lineup, three Nigerian albums secured positions: Sunny Adé’s 2003 compilation Album, “The Best of the Classic Years,” claimed number 465, Fela Kuti and the Africa 70’s “Expensive Shit” secured the 402nd spot.

However, the pinnacle of this recognition for Nigerian albums was Burna Boy’s “African Giant,” positioned impressively at number 330.

This acknowledgment not only brings transparency to the list but also underscores the dynamic and influential contributions of African music on a global scale.
