Rave & Roses Ultra Crosses 1.5 billion Spotify Streams

Just a few months ago, the deluxe edition of “Rave & Roses”, “Rave & Roses Ultra”, set a Spotify streaming record as it became the first project by a Nigerian act to surpass 1 billion streams on the platform. In his new style, he has smashed that record, amassing over 500 million streams to make it the first Nigerian project to surpass 1.5 billion Spotify streams.

The standout track “Calm Down,” both the original and remix, have contributed massively to the success of “Rave & Roses”, breaking streaming and charting milestones worldwide. Other songs on the album are not far behind, as over seven of them have crossed 10 million streams each.

This being just his debut album, this achievement is even more gratifying, ranking it among the greatest of all time, both locally and internationally.

This achievement comes during his Rave & Roses World Tour 2, which kicked off last month. This achievement is just a tip of what Rema has achieved with this project and where his potential will carry him.
