Rising Afro-alternative artist OKITHEWIZARD is set to welcome the new year with the release of his forthcoming 6-track project, “ALTÉ,” arriving January 1.

Born in Ozubulu, Anambra State, and raised between Denmark, the United States, and Nigeria, OKITHEWIZARD’s sound reflects a richly global upbringing shaped by music, movement, and experimentation.
Drawing from his roots as a guitarist, choir singer, underground DJ, and trained producer, “ALTÉ” blends alternative Afrobeat with Afro-punk, hip-hop, and pop influences. Emotionally expressive and sonically fearless, the project positions OKITHEWIZARD as a fresh voice redefining Afro-alternative music for a new generation.
