Three years after going on hiatus and countless teases later, we finally get the highly anticipated album from the Chief Militarian himself. The body of work is highly personal and gives us a glimpse into the life and style of Jhus.
Following the release of Big Conspiracy in 2020, J Hus went silent for a period of time that seemed like forever, only coming out for a feature on Burna Boy’s album. Towards the end of May, we were surprised with his single “It’s Crazy,” followed by an album rollout that ranks among the best ever.
The album was finally released to positive reviews. The 19-track album features two pre-released singles, “It’s Crazy” and “Who Told You” with Drake. It is also massively star-studded, with features from Jorja Smith, Popcaan, Burna Boy, and others.
This classic album has many standout tracks and is full of nostalgia, such as his collaboration with Burna Boy, completing their unbeaten five-song streak. It also completes his trifecta, a three-album run that is nothing short of legendary.
