In his announcement, Davido wrote, βTHE JOURNEY CONTINUES in 2025 with my new album, 5IVE! This one is straight from the heartβmy story, my truth, my growth…β
The album is set to drop on March 7, 2024, promising to showcase Davidoβs evolution both as an artist and as an individual.

In a Spotify interview he had, he shared “I mean it’s my fifth album, I’ll say I was more relaxed, I explored more…You’re gonna hear some old Davido on this album, and some new experiences”
