BOJ is most definitely a household name all over Nigeria and many parts of the world at this point of his career. He is one-third of the popular music group DRB Lasgidi and is regarded by many as one of the greatest (also a pioneer) of the Alté movement. Ever since his debut in 2014 with mixtape #BOTM (“Bolaji On The Mic”), he has been on the continuous path of growth and development, improving on himself right from his “hat” era to this point he has reached right now and everything in between. Among other things credited to his name, he coined the word Alté on his 2014 single “Paper”.

Over the course of his impressive nine-year career span, he has released projects and worked on various projects with so much dexterity, producing outputs that only few of his consociates can match up to.

He recently announced the follow up to his 2022 album “Gbagada Express”; “Gbagada Express 2.0”. The album is set to be released on the 2nd of June with guest features from ODUMODUBLVCK, Ayra Starr, Tay Iwar and others.
