Spotify has officially launched its new Global Music Videos chart, creating a new global ranking that highlights the most-watched music videos on the platform.
The inaugural chart has been topped by Shakira and Burna Boy’s “Dai Dai,” making history as the first-ever No. 1 song on the newly introduced list.
The milestone also makes Burna Boy the first African artist to reach No. 1 on Spotify’s Global Music Videos chart, adding another major achievement to his growing list of global records.
The FIFA World Cup anthem has continued its worldwide momentum, blending Shakira’s international pop influence with Burna Boy’s Afrobeats sound.
