Known for smooth, melodic artistry, Dera uses this project to fully introduce his sound and story. The name Deragon, a blend of Dera and dragon, symbolizes balance, confidence, resilience, and duality, while also serving as a unifying identity for his growing fanbase.
The EP features production from Shabba, Chokeboi, NYRP, and GRAMMY-winning KrazyTunez, along with guest appearances by Sammie Cash and Jeriq.
Under the mentorship of Wande Coal, who first introduced him in 2024, Dera aims for listeners to connect deeply with his energy and vision.
